We started Linq because we'd run field-service businesses ourselves and watched seven different "operating systems" promise the same thing — and then ship a bloated mess that needed a consultant to turn on.
We wanted something a small team could open on a Monday and be using by Tuesday: a single record per customer, a quote that sends in 30 seconds, a dispatcher view that doesn't lie, and an invoice that gets paid before the truck pulls out.
So we built it. Linq runs the call answer, the lead, the quote, the schedule, the job, the invoice, the payment, and the review request — on one screen, in one record, with no extra subscriptions.
Our customers aren't tech companies. They're locksmiths, HVAC crews, plumbers, GC's, mobile detailers, and every flavor of people who do the job and then have to figure out how to bill for it. We design every release for them.
